Sessions designed to enhance your movement patterns and connection with your horse. Together, we'll assess your needs and develop a tailored strategy that includes targeted strength training, mobility, and stretching—regardless of your age, riding level, or past injuries.

Jumpstart your fitness with 4 weeks of workouts

  • Dressage

    With dressage in mind, this program offers Pilates-inspired exercises with strength training to boost core stability, flexibility, and body awareness. Each workout targets muscles used in dressage, helping you maintain a strong, centered position and achieve fluid, controlled movements.

  • Show Jumper

    This 4-week program is designed to align with the biomechanics of show jumpers, combining strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and endurance exercises to enhance performance. It also includes mobility/stretch days to ensure you're riding without restriction or tightness.

  • Eventer

    Designed for the rider who competes in dressage, cross-country, and show jumping, this program integrates cardiovascular training for endurance, strength exercises targeting synergistic muscle groups, and Pilates-inspired movements for core stability and mobility. This balanced approach builds a functionally athletic body, enhancing performance, improving flexibility, and preparing you for the demands of each phase of your sport.

  • Polo

    Jumpstart into a program specifically designed for polo players, this program focuses on building rotational strength, improving shoulder and hip mobility, and enhancing overall endurance. By targeting functional strength and addressing common injury patterns. This program helps players perform at their best while minimizing the risk of injury on the field.
